The software industry has been acknowledge to be a priority sector since
it can enhance Mexico's competitiveness

PROSOFT Goals
To reach a production level of 5 billion
USD in the software development and related services sector ß To equate
the IT expenditure average of the OECD countries (currently 4.3% of GDP)
To become Latin-America's leader in the software development and related
services sector
