PROSOFT Goals

To reach a production level of 5 billion USD in the software development and related services sector ß To equate the IT expenditure average of the OECD countries (currently 4.3% of GDP)

To become Latin-America's leader in the software development and related services sector

Key elements to develop Mexico's software industry

•  Global market analysis to determine niches in which Mexico can compete successfully
2.  Developing competitive human capital
•  Improvement of core and elective subject programs

•  Strengthening the linkage between universities and software companies
3.  Generating a promoting legal framework
•  Electronic commerce issues, Digital signature and electronic invoicing, Data conservation
